Real estate agencies depend on the level of work assigned to different people. There are three main people who run the real estate agency. 

REALTORS:

A realtor is a real estate agent who is a registered member of the national associations of a country. Realtors must have to follow the association’s standard and subscribe to its strict code of ethics. 


REAL ESTATE AGENT:

Real estate agent works under a licensed broker to represent the client who wants to buy or sell physical properties. Real estate agents represent the third person who became a bridge between seller and buyer.

SELLER AGENTS SERVICES:

Seller agents try to find out the client who wants to buy the land in a particular area as the real estate agent knows all the cons and pros of the particular land and worth of an area. The seller agents try to find out the buyer for the client through their contacts and also negotiate with the demands with other clients to get a high price for the land.

BUYER AGENTS SERVICES:

Buyer agents provide their services to the purchaser by providing the local information and worth of the area. They try to find out the land which meets the criteria of a client. Buyer agents try to trap the seller to provide the low price after pointing out the cons so they accept the low price which the buyer initiated. They also help with the legalities ofthe process, including search title, inspection, and financing.

BROKER:

A broker is a third person who deals with both parties and gets commission from both, while a broker works independently. Anyone can contact the broker whether they want to sell their land or want to buy any specific land. A broker works on his own.
